DELIVERY OF THE PHOTOS: Download your photos directly through the FotoP appYou will also be notified when your photos are available for download in your registered e-mail address. The photos can be delivered within 3 days after the publication of the event, in high resolution digital format (3,000 pixels in the larger side) .NOTE: - The minimum number of photos guaranteed in the package is 10 photos per athlete (including route and arrival) - After uploading the selfie, the package becomes personal and non-transferable.- If you find photos of yourself among the unidentified files, you must contact sac@fotop.com.br, stating the code of the photo (s) (located below the photo) within 7 days after the event for your order to be reprocessed.Cancellation and Refund Policy:If you wish to cancel the order, the request must be made within 3 days of the event. in advance of the event by e-mail sac@fotop.com.br.
